I'm an experienced engineer with a variety of skills, such as
- Design
- VA/VE and cost reduction
- CAD
- Six sigma
- Project management
Aside from my role as a project manager, I have had many other leadership experiences. I have been a mentor to 13 co-ops throughout my career. It's a role that I take very seriously, helping co-ops advance in their careers. I have also had several other experiences as a team leader.
I am a team player. I like everyone I work with. My motivation every day is to help my co-workers and the greater good of my company. Likewise, I don't need to take all the credit for everything, as long as I know someone is thankful for what I've done.

I am flexible on my specific position. Although, I tend to lean on the design side. I like to design cool stuff, and I'm proud of the projects that have my name on them.
I like to problem solve, and I like to work with things analytically and with data, using tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Minitab, and FEA. For example, as an engineer and big football fan, I use Microsoft Access in my spare time to collect and analyze historical data for football.
In general, I like to work with projects that will help shape the future.
I like working in a healthy environment, where people are there to help each other in addition to the overall goals of the company.
